Had a call at one of the dirtiest (frank)ing apartment buildings in Hamilton. It's a massive crack/hooker den. I get there and knock on this guy's door. He comes out all (frank)ing twitching and shaking and eating a sandwich. I tell him I'm here for the hydro and he asks why. I said to turn it on. "Oh, ok" I tell him there's a $100 collection "for what?" I tell him I don't know, there just is. He goes and gets it. Then he throws his sandwich in the hallway and tells me to hold on he's gonna give me $200. So I write up his receipt and tell him that when the power comes on to check his stove. I go into the basement and there's about 8 meters down there and I can't find his. I look at the address again, I was in the wrong building. I was supposed to be across the street. This (frank)ing guy handed over 2 bills without even hesitating, I couldn't believe it. I go back up and knock on his door. He didn't remember I was there, I told him I gave him a receipt and he couldn't find it. I told him to check his pocket, it was in his pocket. I gave him his money back. "What's this for?"

this team needs to play with the mentality of a recreational mens league sport, and what i mean by that is every time they get bumped or hit in any way whatsoever (even if its clean) they need to overreact and lose their poop and start being hyper aggressive and hit anything that moves as a form of revenge. some emotion would be good to see as a start at least.
