The new development proposed for Ganson St called Buffalo Riverworks is taking some fire from the local buisinesses near kelley island.....take a second and read about it

Now Im not one to call for something because it might be shiny or new but this area has sat unused for far too long and this project is showing some real potential for Buffalos new waterfront. City tax revenue, job creation, and just an overall tourist destination for our little growing entertainment district by Harborcenter, canalside, and the cobblestone district/casino just cant be tossed aside.

If you agree let city hall know that you want this project to go through! The owners of the site are willing to negotiate to work for a solution that benefits both groups. It would be a shame if this never materialized. We are attempting to turn a corner in the city and this can just be another sign of that if we want it to be.

He generates revenue for the city....built a new development anchor by Canalside...and is a source of influence for WNY. This is his money and his time and his image on the line too...I respect him for wanting to put so much of it in the team I root for.

Not really an issue of city hall getting in the way....just gotta let them know that the public wont accept any halting of more growth....to be honest thats the last thing Brown wants anyway. The team that is proposing Riverworks has already impacted the city in other ways and are serious about this going though. Im not that worried but more disappointed right now

Pomminville, the one guy worth his contracts and we traded him. Another brilliant move by this organization.They should of traded Vanek and kept Pomminville.
