The good news is NJ still had a chance to win that game. The good news is that NJ is in every game they're playing, and never lost by more than two regular goals (ENs not included).

Now that the defense is tightening up and the goaltending is returning to form, NJ's going to probably make the playoffs at this rate, barring a major injury. No, we're not really 500 (since I count both types of losses), but they can keep winning 66% of their games, they'll be over 500 in ten games.

All the signings besides Jagr have blown up right in our faces. I expected so much more from Ryder he looks like he can barely play 3rd line right now and Brunner shouldn't even play. Clowe is skating again maybe he shocks the world and plays good.

So when are we going to upgrade our scoring ? Lou has to be sitting there thinking about how poorly his f/a signings are outside of Jagr and wondering wtf happened. I would bet he doesn't want to do a damn thing about it until he has a trade on the table that is just so lopsided for us everyone will have to forget about clowe, Brunner and Ryder.... I mean at this point none of those guys are even upgrades over the crap we brought in last season in D'agostini Sullivan and Poni

Meh ryders better than them come on now. Those guys (frank)ing sucked, he does too but he's providing slightly more. We have to start sacrificing cows, chickens, whatever in hopes Clowe reverses the clock and becomes 21 again. Seriously I doubt he even comes back bet will read he hasn't skated since last week and is status quo soon enough. Ideally i'd like to see us trade Lokti brunner for a foward who fits better into our system. I would love to add Mike Fisher. Not the most prolific scorer but he is a solid center and can chip in a little offense.

Was just looking at buffalo's roster I'd think a few of there guys would be available soon. Moulson, Ennis, Ott, and Stafford. Not sure I love any of them but would think about it.
