That is kinda like saying water is water, and if all that is around is a creek where a bunch of animals upstream pissed and poop in it, ya drink the dirty creek water. If all that is around is Pilsner, it is a good indication that it is time to take a night off from the drinking.

The big thing that sucks about it is the no yards rule. The NFL alternative works way better, and sometimes I feel like the only reason they keep it is to "be different"

and the NFL production is 100 times bigger and better. I went to my first NFL game 2 weeks ago in Phoenix. OMG is it a big deal.

the FL is like a good senior men's league. the grey cup is like the Allen cup, in calibre, but obviously much bigger in attention and production. but, i love the CFL and always will.

Population and money- go hand in hand... population in US 317 million and counting... Population in Canada 35 million.. Is the NFL product 10 times better than that of CFL- I doubt it... That game last night was pretty entertaining IMO... Its also nice that some celebs are starting to come and watch the CFL.. So its nice its starting to get recognized... I mean to come to Regina for the Grey Cup- its pretty amazing Martin Short and Tom Hanks even knew we played football in Canada! lol

I didn't see any of the CFL season this year. I'm actually pretty fine if I don't see another Grey Cup given that the last one I saw was the famous 13th man fiasco vs Montreal. That was an awesome game to have watched!

I am all for the promotion and growth of the CFL though Rumours of Bon Jovi buying the Buffalo Bills with MLSE and bringing them to Toronto. I can't see that happening. It'll take 3-4 years before a regulation NFL stadium is built in Toronto.

NFL is on a completely different level than NHL/NBA etc.

There are only a handful of home games each season. Selling out 9-10 home games is peanuts. Their main revenue is from TV and it generates billions. NFL in Toronto would likely be very successful.
