Leafs lost due to bad bounces last night.

Clarkson hit a crossbar

Don't worry Habs will use their size to wear out the Caps tonight. Leafs will have our sloppy secondz
- blarneylad

If I remember correctly OV has like 30 goals in 40 games against the Leafs in his career...so not worried about winning.

I doubt that you thought it was the pinnacle of your hockey career at the time.

I always prefered baseball. My 2nd hockey year I ended up with a coach that would treat us like poop and quit afterwards. Still don't understand why parents let a (frank)ing 40 year old loser yell and insult their 11 year old kids.

So you're slow in all sports and your GF has two hands that can barely form a clapping motion. Tell me - when you park your car, do you park in the blue spots?
- hscesq

Yes. People that don't run fast have to do that here.

When I played minor hockey, my dad did that.

Nothing better than when a coach is the dad of the pooptiest kid on the team and makes him not only the captain, makes him the first line centre and play on both special teams...then wonders why we're (frank)ing last place and why two defensemen and the second line lead the team in scoring.

Nothing better than having a coach who evaluates his players in practice and not game time.

Our 'best' player in midget A hockey cranked me in practice. Knocked the wind out of me in scrimmage. He was the best skater on the team but the biggest coward i've ever played with. Only hit he threw all year.

Meanwhile I'm a top pairing dman, so I set him up for a suicide pass and the universe evened everything out. He left the game like the female dog he was.

I told the coach i did that on purpose since he cranked me in practice. One of those badass moments from life.

Yup, I remember that kid. Skated really fast, had 0 hands and no hockey IQ whatsoever. Always on the ice or he'd get picked whenever there was a penalty shot.

I'm not a "everyone should win" kind of guy...I think it's bullpoop. But I think you can teach kids the game while it still remains fun to play for them.

We had fun, but it was different back then.

The one year, bantam I think, Friday night practise our coach would be so drunk, he ran the practise by standing in the penalty box because he couldn't skate.
