My argument isn't about the world juniors being a must to play. My argument is, if they are not playing him in the NHL, to let him join the World Juniors.

I'm not sure anyone would have a problem with him playing in the WJ's. But at this point it makes no sense to me to send him back to his junior team.

Sure go have fun at the World Juniors but then back with the leafs unless he is really faltering.

If even 1 of our D are injured at the start of the tournament he'll be staying. Playing in the tournament wont hurt, but it's not like he isn't learning everyday while up here. If he keeps playing like he did last night RC might put him in over a vet to make a statement.

are you seriously running stats on 2 games? What is that 11 faceoffs in total?

Nobody thinks Holland is first line material yet. Simply suggesting he should stay there to spread out the scoring, with Bolland and Bozak still out.


When the Leafs are 100% healthy, if Bolland goes back to producing the way he was, there's less need to spread out the scoring, so Kadri would look good up there.

Bozak's good enough to fill in there to spread out scoring, but the team really should find a better #1 center.

Anyone who uses stats from 1 or 2 games and tries to use that as a good indicator for a season-long performance is a moron. The stats will be skewed and should not be extrapolated to predict performance over a whole season.
