Thanx, looking forward to them. U can PM them to me. No worry, they stay private. I think by now, I know that Weirdoh treasures her privacy. I respect that about her. I wouldn't betray her.

Not sure there is enough time for Holland. He may have to go Darryl Sittler 10 points on the Isles ass in order to stay as the #1 center.

Why is it not good for the team? Having bernier as our #1 is good. Reimer is a good goalie but Bernier is probably a little better and they have more invested in him. Reimer still gets lots of starts so it's not like he's being hung out to dry.

If Bernier is a little better, he's yet to prove it. That's the problem.

Gifting one guy starts goes against the core concept of competition. Award the job on merit, not preconceived biases. Reimer has merited more starts than Bernier so far.

When complacency sneaks in, it hurts the team. Bernier already went through one ugly stretch this year when the net seemed guaranteed.

DETROIT -- The NHL's 2014 Winter Classic is officially sold out.

NHL and Detroit Red Wings executives made the announcement Tuesday, saying some single tickets are available.

The Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs are expected play in front of 107,000-plus people on New Year's Day at Michigan Stadium. In the same football stadium, Michigan and Michigan State set a hockey attendance of 104,173 in 2010.

He'll be sticking around as a #3 for a few games, I'd bet.

McClement will go to the wing, and one of Smith/Smithson will be bumped out of the line-up.

Fantasy question...

I have both Rask and Lundqvist, they play each other tonight. Should I start both?

I get your argument and I think it's valid. I like Berniers style more and he gives up less rebounds. Reimer has been solid tho.

if they were playing anyone else you'd probably be playing them - so let them play take the guaranteed W and hope for a 1-0 shootout win
