"I wasn't brought here to score 50 goals," Clarskon said earnestly after practice on Monday morning. "I was brought here for that full game that I bring, competing every night."

Clarkson leads the team in puck possession (CORSI,) despite starting many of his shifts in the defensive zone.

Just from his time in T.O. I think he looks way more stable.

Better rebound control, way better stick skills -

I like both goalies and hope we can make it work, I would just hate to piss off Bernier as I'm sure he was hoping to leave LA to become a #1

IMHO, not everybody will agree obviously.

- Garnie

He will be a starter eventually, I'm sure. But in order to be one, he has to clearly be better than the goalie already there. That has yet to be seen. Not saying it won't happen. But it hasn't yet.

I hear ya, and I can't argue you are wrong. In a perfect world I would be happy keeping both these guys for the next 6-8 years. We would be unstoppable!

Maybe

I think his net presence speaks volumes, don't seem him on his belly as much as Reimer, but hey anything could happen. Maybe Bernier never wins the net and we trade him for Komisarek

Doug Wickenhinser was drafted 1st overall over Denis Savard. Funny ccause it was the Habs who passed over the french Canadian born Savard.

Nooo thanks. Give him to Edmonton for something good. Like their 1st.
But i have to say, Bernier is less calm than i expected. Reimer makes him look like he's practically meditating in the crease, but without a comparison, he is a little more scrambly then i first imagined. Again, the media tells us not to pay attention to his play like that. Only Reimers.

I didn't want to trade for a goalie until I seen him in our nets

That's all I gotz

I'm out

I do agree with you to a point, because I am a big Reims fan and he has AAA character

Cheers
