Bouchard has been a thousand times better than grabner. It's nots even a discussion, if grabner was playing better he would get more ice time. It's really that simple. Grabner works his ass off and he gets more playing time. They only argument you could make would be for grabner to play above bailey. That's it. I just don't really understand the uproar. Right now grabner is what he is. A third liner. He is Robert Kron, he is Sami Kapanen. If you suck as accountant is your boss going to give you more important responsibilities? People need to hold players responsible. If grabner wants more playing time FORCE them to get more ice time. Play desperate hockey, finish your checks. It's on the player.

Bouchard had maybe two good games. I completely disgree with you on this. Bouchard has been given heapsbof first pp tine and ice tine and has done swuat for the most part. He has been shoved down the second line throat for far too long for minimal results. He sucks.Grabner has played well even under the circumstances and was given nothing. He has had some bad games here and there but again i expect that at this point. Grabner does plenty of things the casual fan would miss. In fact he brings alot of tangibles no other fwd offers on this team. You saying "simple as that" is funny when using it inreference to capuano and ice time. At this point ill agree to disagree with you.

I'm not a fan of the benching of Grabner but the guy has not scored a goal in 20 games. Maybe this will light a fire under him. It shouldn't be a shock that a guy who hasn't scored a goal in that long sits a game just to try and change it up. Bailey & Regin should be on alert

Me too. If the Isles want to move Grabner for a quailty Dman fine. Does not change the fact the Cappy has done a horrible job with Grabner and this team in general.

I don't disgree but ill say it again under the circumstances I'd say there be mire to him nit scoring than a drought? How many heas regin scored in that time period? Bouchard with pp time and twicr as much ice time playing with far more talented players? Grabner hasn't been playing well but its not like he's been given an opporthnity to succeed this season either.

I know it's a new year but Grabner was a key in the team making the playoffs. He scored some big goals if I remember. What has Regin and PMB done for this team?

You nailed it keaner. Guys like KO and Boyes were doing nothing and were not demoted. You cannot just have an issue with Grabner and everyone else gets a pass.

Are you sure about that? Okposo played in all 48 games last season. We were calling for him to get scratched but it never happened.
