i think Montreal's experiment with Swiss defencemen needs to come to an end.

while Howard may be correct in not buying them for a 7 year old, they are simply the best skates made.

I have a hard time following the logic behind the Jacque Martin-esque way this team is being coached right now. Desharnais scores a shootout goal one game after Brière saves a loss by scoring in a real game by being in the spot on the ice where he needs to be. Results: Desharnais centers our most skilled forward and our top-scoring forward while Brière centers Moen. wtf?

You got it all wrong.

After intense analysis... I have come to the conclusion that Weber scared those 12 forwards by being able of playing the wing on top of great offensive D ( just like Diaz that had a GREAT offensive night last saturday night.. if you have read the blog).

Scaring them created unprecedented competetion amongst the 12 forwards ... thus resulting in a better group of forwards

We talked over the weekend about the line juggling and this idea of putting a plug per line. Then MT comes out with last years line, but from when things started to suck.

I must say, the way Therrien "adapted" his coaching so his player wouldn't feel burned out during a whole season is questionnable at best.
