Be proud while you can. The window is closing fast and we will be farther in the retool then you guys. Could be a very frustrating 10 years for you. Especially after Staal, Girardi, Lundqvuist and Callahan all leave |

Yeah we're so old with no one left in the system or it could be a very great 10 years with most of the team in their prime and none of the 3 leave because why would they leave NY(it's not like they play for NJ, Parise and Kovalchuk...cough...cough)), I won't bother going into ages but saying the window is closing on us is so far from the truth, you should worry about Corey leaving, Parise and Kovy already did, that could be another debacle for Lou, giving up 2 1st rounders for Kovy then 9th overall for Corey just to see him leave, of course this is what I pray happens but that shouldn't matter. |

Seriously? It's 20 games in, can you forecast what pick you'll be forfeiting too?

Maybe you are right but I think at least 2 of you're upcoming F/A's leave if you guys get booted out early this year. Buffalo is going to throw truck loads of money at Callahan if he hits F/A Lundqvuist wants to win and could join a couple teams and do it faster then with the Rangers. Staal is all but gone to the Canes as soon as he is up for F/A I would be at least a little concerned if I where you but I honestly could care less if you aren't |

14th ? maybe I am just following the trend you guys could go all the way this year ( I find it unlikely but certainly not impossible ). |

Seriously, when do I ever troll? You all need to get over your arrogant selves, you guys are always the 1st to jump threads, are you guys obsessed with me, you don't see any Rangers fans in our thread commenting on any Devils' fans on a a continuous basis, I really could care less what Devils fans think of me but get your facts straight, good day. - cranford93

Yeah but he's wise beyond his years like a 30-something year-old man. We just don't understand. |

Yeah, when do I ever come here, I happened to see I was a topic of discussion so I posted in my own defense and what did I say that has anything to do with my age, you guys seem to ride mighty high horses
And Blizzard, how many Rangers have left in the past, messier is probably the most prominent name and I agree that Buffalo would love to throw a ton of money at Callahan but the Rangers will match and why would he want to leave a team that's still young and growing to go to a team that has no history and in the beginning stages of a complete rebuild, it's not like there is another team closer to contention that Lundqvist could go to, you underestimate what's been going on in NY, free agents want to play in NY not leave, sorry just the facts |

We will have to wait and see. You didn't mention Staal? Do you believe the rumors of him joining his brothers in Carolina once he is able to ? Sometimes it's not always about winning either some guys are quite content with playing in their home towns for lots of money ( not that where he is now is that far away from Buffalo). Until Lundqvuist has a deal in place and signed there is going to be speculation about him as he is one of the few that want to win now. I strongly think a first or second round exit this year will cause him to go somewhere else ( if he wanted to go to the Pens they would move Fleury in a second to get him signed ). Also Nash is close to coming back but if he suffers another concussion this season then that is also going to hurt. I really don't think the Rangers are a bad team. I think they have a lot of questions surrounding them if things aren't as successful as they want the season to be this year. |

Staal is still a year away and again he's home grown like the other 3 and I don't get the whole all 3 brothers have to play together, it's a tight cap squeeze too, I can't say that it won't happen but it's less of a concern right now with the other 3 coming up first, Lundqvist doesn't fit as well in any other City, he is NY on and off the ice |

Come on, you were here more than once over the summer, don't play stupid. I'm not going to go through Todd's archive to find a blog that you were in. You were probably here when Kovy retired and when we signed clowe. You have no problem doing that and making absurd comments about debbie fans but you whine when people give it back. Stop being so sensitive or just stay on the rangers blog and tone down the "I want to stab devils fans" posts and I doubt people will give you a hard time. |

have to wait all the way to wednesday....That's a bummer especially after playing two good games this weekend. Every time these little breaks happen between games we always come out like poop it seems. |

Sooner or later Cory is going to flat out steal a game we had no right winning. I am hoping it happens on this western road trip. If that happens and Marty wins one or gets us a point I won't complain. |

I think our best chances of win on this trip will be against the Ducks and Kings ( not that either are going to be easy) The Sharks I think might be too much. But hey we could very well lose to all 3 or to just the Kins and Ducks and somehow beat the Sharks. |

Sooner or later we need to score some goals for him. Getting to be ridiculous. Hopefully he does steal one and Marty can get a W in one of these game and we will be in good shape. |

That is a tough gauntlet to run with those three teams. I'm just glad the Rangers don't have to do it again. |

They're the worst. Maybe I'll actually look at the schedule when they come out over the summer. |
