It would take 6 sets of hands for Eakins to count the mistakes the Oilers have made.

I don't think the average fan would be pissed if they won that game though.

Anything it takes to win. If they're half-assing it, and they're lowering our chances of winning, I'd bench them. It all comes down to winning, and the Oilers cannot do that with guys (frank)ing around out there with their thumbs up their asses. Ebs, Nuge, Yak, Hall... I don't care who it is. If you half-ass it, and you're completely ineffective, you don't play.

What does that have to do with it? I'll entertain you anyways; they will just squeak in, push one of the top seeds to game 7 in the first round, have a 3 goal lead with less than 10 minutes to go in the third and then blow it in overtime.

Do it.

Clean house top to bottom. The Oilers teams of the late 90s-early 2000s were a hundred times more competitive with half the talent. Too many pilots, not enough mechanics and the plane crashes.

hey i'm with u there... but u need some skilled mechanics... not just a grease monkey...... they need to do 3 things....
1)pick one of the kids that u keep and build with no matter what.
2) target a player and get no matter what the cost(i.e. seth jones, shea weber, or maybe a logan couture, or lucic) take ur pick..... go after an untouchable.(pay the price)
3)get rid of anyone and everyone who doesn;t buy in and isn;t part of the solution.

I have always hated the oil but it's time to fire Lowe and MacT. This team has no compete level. None. At least back check

pj stock and Healy make it sounds so eazy. like they ever did jack poop in the nhl.
they should lock PJ back in that cage he used to report from.

And compete? What's that? Our team does not compete... They just look like a bunch of guys taking to the ice, because they're obligated to do so in order to collect their over-inflated salaries.
