They will always put asses in the seats because they are fans of the game. Just like how Toronto was able to sell out all those years of not winning. This isn't Florida or Atlanta.

Clean house top to bottom. The Oilers teams of the late 90s-early 2000s were a hundred times more competitive with half the talent. Too many pilots, not enough mechanics and the plane crashes.
