How am I not being civil? By honestly stating the Leafs are a better team than the Sabres, and that the Leafs have a richer and more productive history than the Sabres?

Well, of course you see this as "dumb poop" because it doesn't play out in your favour, but you're the one in a Leaf thread trying to start "dumb poop".

It's not. It's a 'large' city with a big 'financial' hub but really it's just a bastien for Liberalism with a big gay community and large ethnically-segregated communities.

You can walk through large parts of Toronto and be easily forgiven for thinking you're not even in Canada anymore.

Toronto's reputation hasn't been hit, people from all over the world will still flock there.

It's got ugly architecture, insanely overpriced real estate and because 1/5th of Canada's population lives there Toronto is primarily responsible for electing some of the worst politicians this country has seen both provincially and federally.

Got to hand it to leaf fans ragging on the rebuilding Sabres when you have been in rebuild mode for years. And you are not done yet. The leafs were outplayed and out worked by the sabres last night. Plus we had Nonis, Dudley and Loiselle on staff, who were as good as GMs anyway. Since Richard Peddie left, Burke and co assembled a really strong back-room staff who were capable of handling pretty much anything.

I don't know about the other TO fans, but I was happy that Burke always made a point of showing that he still saw the big picture outside of the job.
