I (frank)ing loved it.
What I don't love. Is touching my Richard after thinking I washed all the thai chili off my hands. - weirdoh
It was quite obvious that Christopher Nolan had his hands all over it... (frank)ing love that guy.
BTW... next year he's got a sci-fi coming out that he wrote, directed, and produced starring Matthew McConaughey, Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck, Topher Grace, and John Lithgow.
Could be epic. |

It'll be like the majority of Nolan films, stupid and overhyped with nerds jerking off and people too afraid to call all the bull poop in the movie. |

Still better than anything Michael Bay can do or has done.
Calling out bullpoop in movies will never end. Movies are what they are... eye candy to pass a few hours and enjoy and relax.
Too many people take fiction entertainment seriously these days. |

Only one I didn't like was Insomnia but I'm pretty sure he didn't write it.
IMO the writer can also make or break the movie regardless of the director.
Look at Tarantino's True Romance for example... The late Tony Scott could never have written a gem like that.

WELL OK THEN - AdamFrench
Sorry man... there some douche on Youtube doing 'Exerything Wrong With "?" in "?" minutes' videos... way too much time on his hands.
I used to pick stuff out but it's gotten old. Everyone wants to complain over petty things these days.
Don't get me started on the Star Wars geeks with the Greedo shot 1st thing and Hayden ghost instead of Shaw's.
Yes, they have a good reason to be a little pissed but they are beyond furious and treating it like someone murdered their firstborn.

Not that credible. About as reliable as Ek. But the fact that the thought is out there is what was interesting to me. |

The (frank) would we want with Mitchell?
Statsny I'd take if he came cheap which he won't. Neither makes any sense. - muffin_man
Stastny and Mitchell are expiring contracts so I'm guessing both would in a Vanek/Moulson situation where you give them a few months to see if they gel with the team. If they do, you sign them. If not, then you trade them for picks at the deadline. At some point, if Bergevin is serious about rebuilding through the draft, he'll have to trade some important players for picks. With Bouillon, Markov, Murray, Gionta and Diaz all up for contracts, this would seemingly be a good time for this strategy.
I would imagine the idea is that Colorado would want Markov in return and would accept Desharnais at a reduced rate in the hopes of getting him back on track?? So you'd then have to exchange Plekanec to go fill the hole on D with some other team. Mitchell would take over as third line center with Statsny and Eller as 1 and 2.
This is all my wild imagination at work over a silly little rumour, but Bergevin would certainly have his prints all of this team at that point and we'd instantly get bigger, less skilled and pooptier on the PP. |
