Bold Prediction: John Scott scores his first goal since....since.....uhhh....wait....since.....being in Chicago? Maybe? This deflates the Leafs we go on to win 3-1 again, then the Leafs fans riot. Afterwards, Nonis is fired, as is Carlyle. THe Leafs revitalize, make the playoffs, then the Sabres goin on a 0-for-the-rest-of-november string and we go back to contending for Sam Reinhart's services.

Sorry mates, Jonas Enroth is still on the ice with the trainers. Miller looks to be in net again tonight

James Mírtle
@mirtle
Staubitz is playing in the minors on a one-way deal, so Ducks dumping $650,000 was part of the trade. Leafs don't mind those contracts

Well outside of the waiver exempt...they pretty much are the same.
Had Nonis held off on trading Colborne a little....Colborne could have been our NUMBER 1!
Yes!

- Fakepartofme

They're not the same player... Losing colborne is no big deal.

It's beyond ridiculous that people are still whining about colborne.

Just like we were worried about Orr and Devane last night as well right? Sorry we released Nathan Gerbe so Dion Phaneuf doesnt have anyone to throw around the ice anymore. Shucks.

What!? This is the best leafs team in a decade and you're picking now to jump off the bandwagon?
- bloatedmosquito

A poster here named Iron Maiden picked the playoffs last year to jump off the bandwagon. Takes all kinds of crazy.

Devane was invisible last night! Leafs should really send this guy to the Marlies.

10 pts in 32 games he has played

Holland has 7 pts in 29 games played

.. So they are roughly at the same pace in the NHL, but hes another Toronto boy so good trade never less to bring him in over a guy like blacker when our "need" is center. Is the guy waiver exempt at least?

Colborne plays second line with scorers. Holland plays third line with two players Ive never heard of.
