Bottom line is that this is a team game and this team gets an F-. This team is the worst Oilers Coached team ever, in all of history. Perhaps the "old boys" club needs to be removed from management, but it should NOT have been removed from the locker room. These punks need to respect themselves yes, but they need to respect the logo, the jersey, and the history as well.
