What am I missing. Was tied for 3rd on the team in scoring with 12 points, 2nd best face off %, 1 of the best plus minus stats at -3 on the team, & all well playing less minutes than the super 6.

Gagner has a verbal no trade with MacT before his NTC kicks in next season. He's been extremely dissapointing in his few games this year, but he's going nowhere any time soon.

Same for anyone calling for Eakins head. I agree...Eakins has been horrible. That said...continuity has been a problem and Eakins has a 4 year deal. He's going nowhere either.


I don't even know how to start fixing the problems that ail this team. But Kevin Lowe would be my first start.

Eakin's should have sat Hemsky & played Arcobello in his spot. Maybe it would smarten Hemsky up, wake him up, or at the very least for 1 night we could have imagined him not being on the team.

it would have cost marincin, 3rd, and a 7th. not sure how much more value would teams place on edm's picks since they sit in the beginning of every round at the moment. if ducks asked for klefbom, mact prob say no.

Bottom line is that this is a team game and this team gets an F-. This team is the worst Oilers team ever, in all of history. Perhaps the "old boys" club needs to be removed from management, but it should NOT have been removed from the locker room. These punks need to respect themselves yes, but they need to respect the logo, the jersey, and the history as well.
