4 in a row would be nice!

Sit Rosehill for Raffl, please.

- wolfhounds

6-5 when Rosehill plays, 1-5-1 when he doesn't.

Just sayin.

I'm calling bullpoop on that. Just make an offer they can't refuse. Add an extra year or offer $1M more per year.

I think every team feels this way about Edmonton. They will do what they always do. Trade no one, pick first overall and gush about the young talent they have.
- PhillySportsGuy

They'll gladly trade their #1 this year.

I will be pretty pissed if this team trades for anyone over 30
- nastyflyergirl

why? people play at a high level these days well into their mid-30's. look at vinny...look at Pronger. barring Prongers' injury they both could have/would be major pieces in this team for the next couple years still.

youth doesn't always mean longevity (which, along with potential, is the most desired aspect of attaining young players)...and we should take the Carter/Richards trades as proof of that. right now we're relying on youth and getting inconsistent results. there are many times where i'd rather have a proven veteran in the later years of his prime if i know his skillset can help my team.

What would the Penguins give up for this obvious good luck charm?

Well he has more goals than Neal...

I don't even care if he plays, but enough ice time to do something that would warrant a long suspension would help me greatly.

because you make a trade like that if you are close to winning a cup.

That's a different situation. He had been with the same franchise for so long. It's not like he chose the Flyers over Edmonton because he likes warmer weather and good soft pretzels.

He also farts a lot. It blends in well with Detroit's smog. I hear he's very self-conscious about it.

So since the Panthers are apparently blowing up their team, what are people's thoughts on Dmitri Kulikov?
- mcefalu

I would consider trading Simmonds for him.
