This is the point I was going to make. Yes, other guys have been suspended less for similar/ worse actions. BUT the league makes mistakes. Maybe the mistake was made previously, and the decision was made properly now.

I love the Leafs, but as a former goalie, support the suspension. Kadri played like a complete tool all night, and that wasn't the only questionable hit for him that night.

Plus, whether or not the suspension was deserved, Kadri is an idiot for playing so recklessly when the Leafs are in so much injury trouble.

Don't think anyone is disputing that he shouldn't have got suspended, because he deserves it. Only issue is similar plays went unpunished, its the league consistency when it comes to this protocol.
