Maybe not, but he fills a hole that they seem to have every year: the "Perennial 30-goal guy".

Coach? (frank) it...let's coach ourselves!

From reading comments on these boards, we have all the solutions!

I personally hate the consistent argument. Really, if you want to find forwards that are consistantly dominant, here you go:

Toews, Duchene(seems to be becoming anyways), Datsyuk, Parise, Tavares(questionable), Crosby, Stamkos, Sedins, Ovechkin.

In 30 teams, I came up with 10 names. Consistency over 82 is nearly impossible.

No. Braiden would be the perfect coach.

The type of coach that would get us pizzas even after loses.

This locker room'll make the Incognito/Martin situation in Miami look like a walk in the park...
- number_23

No. The locker room will be a 1970s San Francisco bath house, with racial sensitivity of a 1940s boarding school. Or an integrated 1950s Alabama high school.

Maybe after a loss he'd eat the pizza alone in front of us as a punishment.

Can we trade for Unholy_Goalie? I'm sure Toronto will let him go for a song, and I enjoy his contrarian attitude.

You can label it however you like. Fact remains that the Habs have lacked a guy who scores 30 goals over the course of 82 games, year over year.

Not sure if I'd name you captain.. but you'd be one of those leaders.

Kev, you can hate it as much as you want. It takes these types of guys to win Stanley Cups.

Make Yan captain. I've got crack to smoke and hookers to strangle.
