So, have they just quit on Therrien? Or are they just a keep-Ken-warm-for-an-entire-winter sized garbage fire? |

Agreed EE about Subban, they should definitely send their best player on SO attempts. He's probably the most talented player of the team with Galchenyuk, makes no sense they don't send him every time. |

I'm enjoying seeing divisional rivals struggle, because Buffalo is well on its way to be the next Minnesota Wild, lots of youngsters coming, remains to see if they are able to attract UFAs like the Wild did. |

Ted Nolan gets hired and "Ken" is nowhere to be seen.
There are no coincidences. |

It has nothing to do with Therrien.

I think they just bailed on last night's game. I don't really see it as a pattern, and I don't think you could accuse them of this very often... but it was ugly. |

at least they have stopped sending Plekanec...that guy must be 0 in his last 20 attempts. |

Meh. They've been slacking on them this year. Good thing I'm so high at the games.
I'm 1-4 so far this year. And I'm going to at least another 8, hopefully more. You a Reinhart or an Ekblad guy? |

About the shootout...
I really don't like MT's selections ... guys that score during games are not necessarily good in shootouts, it's an entirely different animal.
You need to pick guys that will keep a goalie on his heel, not a shoot only type like Plekanec, Pacioretty, Gallagher, etc. We need to see Eller, Galchenyuk, Subban, Markov (who used to be pretty good, I really don't know why he's not used).
Unless the guys he sends are lighting it up in shootout practices ... which I doubt, I think he should manage the shootouts differently |
