I hate losing the the Penguins. Hate it. Period! It seemed like in the two seasons Biron was in net, those were the worst of times. The Flyers and Penguins were both good teams but it also seemed like at that time the league handed him goals and points. A lucky or bad bounce were most obvious against the Pens. It always left a terrible taste in my mouth, not that I'm taking anything away from Crosby. - Schenn2shine
It wasn't really luck. The Pens have been the better team just about every year since Crosby's second season.
I think Crosby, Malkin and Ovechkin's success demonstrates the inability for the Flyers to slow down top scorers over the last decade. They all seem to produce at extraordinary clips against the Flyers. |

Hey, you're supposed to hate them...I still don't see the goalie decision looming that large, at least right now. It's just a weird stretch of games, and Berube seems to want to keep both goalies fresh |

Anyone watching the pregame? Milbury is tearing Ted Nolan a new one. |

I'm not so sure I agree with this. The best example I can give is, I hear for six to eight months how great Marc-Andre Fleury and I only see him play against the flyers. For the most part, we crush him as if he's a third stringer. Each game seems to be pretty high scoring when these two teams face off. I don't have the numbers in front of me, maybe the Penguins hold the age, the same way Brodeur has been rough on is during his time with the Devils but I feel the wins have both sides have been close. The Pens are normally Cup contenders every year but there have been many games where the Flyers have simply found away. |

Pretty funny listening to one of the worst GMs in the history of the game criticize other managers and coaches. What a tool! |

what's up with the pens jerseys? are they just for warm ups or are they for the game? obviously the camo motif is for veterans day, anything to make money and have fans waste their money on a one time gimmick |

fleury is probably better than most flyers fans give him credit for, but anyone peddling him as a top 5 goalie or something like that is fooling themselves as well |

They auction the jerseys off on NHL.com and the proceeds go to The Wounded Warriors Project and other military charities. |
