The Flyers have won the last two games because I haven't watched, so do I watch today? Wasn't able to watch on Saturday and they won so didn't watch last night and they played their best game. Being superstitious I think it's better luck for me not to watch.

Dont really have too many superstitions but I usually dont put up the car flag until playoff time, if they make it of course. I also dont take it down in the playoffs, even with crazy weather.

Had a few people chuckle why it was still up when they were down 0-3 to Boston a few years back. Loved having it up that year.

Remember that game 82 shootout too. I crossed myself before every shooter.

I don't think it's that big a deal, honestly. They have two capable goalies, and had they gone back to back with either guy, it means a long lay off for the other. If Emery had started yesterday, then Mason tonight and Friday, it would be a week between appearances for Emery.

Conversely, if they had gone with Mason tonight and Emery Friday, Mason would have sat six days between games.

I hate losing the the Penguins. Hate it. Period! It seemed like in the two seasons Biron was in net, those were the worst of times. The Flyers and Penguins were both good teams but it also seemed like at that time the league handed him goals and points. A lucky or bad bounce were most obvious against the Pens. It always left a terrible taste in my mouth, not that I'm taking anything away from Crosby.
