I do often wonder if Pavel Datsyuk was allowed to go full out offensively if he would be as good or better than Crosby. It's ashame that Detroit wasn't brought to the east much sooner and I do respect Datsyuk's balanced two way game, I feel an argument could be made that Datsyuk could have been as good as Crosby, the same way many could have debated Forsberg was better than Sakic with the avalanche.

I really do not want to put a negative spin on tonight's game but if we lose tonight goaltending could be to blame but for me, it will be due to miss management of goaltending. I'm happy Mason got a shutout but I believe Emery should have started last night, Mason tonight and Mason on Friday. With this said, I wish Emery a huge statement game. For me personlly, a Flyers loss only stings most when it comes against Sidney Crosby and the Penguins.
