What's worse is that people think she had a stroke (she did not) because of how she looks when she talks. There are websites dedicated to the question "Has Deb Placey had a stroke?" Seriously, it's sad.

Gutsy effort from the D corps last night. Thought they all played well 5 on 5 except for maybe Gelly who was a little shaky at times. I'm always hard on harold but he played a good game not as good as Pete thinks or 28mins worth of ice time good but he played good. With that said still think he should be glued to the bench when we have a PP. He wasted I think around 3 mins of the 3 PPs he started last night. That's just pathetic on PDB to keep throwing him out there on the PP while Gelly, Zid and Larsson all sit and watch. Don't understand whats so hard about going with Gelly-Larsson and Greene-Zid. Gelly-Larsson provide offense 5on5 why wouldn't they be good on the PP?

The thing is though I would flat out rather watch Gelinas struggle in the defensive zone then one of the vets. Pete really needs to start the PP off with Zajac playing center Jagr on the wing and Henrique on the other wing (he doesnt have to be there every time ) and Gelinas on the point with Zid ( I am really hoping he starts passing it to Gelinas for the shot). I cant stand it when we win the draw in the offensive zone and Harrold lets it go right past him then he is Horrible at Zone entries and deciding who to pass to. He literally pisses away a whole minute or more. Then when Gelinas finally gets out there the puck is in our end with 45 seconds left and by the time they get in to the offensive zone and have set up the pp is over. Every (frank)ing time its mind boggling [/img]

Agreed 100% personally just want to see Gelly-Larsson. They create chances 5on5 why the hell not try them on the PP together? Make perfect sense that with more time and space they will do even better together. That way the D pairs don't get all (frank)ed up either. Zid-Greene can be the other which would also give us less of a drop off if Pete refuses to use them. But bottom line get Harold the (frank) off the PP he literally wasted away 1min each time he was out there cause of exactly what you said. He misses the puck at the point then cant get it in or even handle the puck sometimes.

i take it I missed some good stuff? My game center had the Rangers announcers which I was surprised at how unbiased they where or at least this game.

Other than that very good game from the team real gutsy effort and the hard work did indeed pay off. Huge key to the game was that we never stopped driving the net something we hadn't done earlier in the year. Keep going to the net good things happen.

Missed Anton and his physical play. May not always drop the huge open ice hits like he use to but he hammers guys in the corners. He's a mother(frank)er to play against and we definitely missed it last night. Guy has stepped up a lot since the beginning hope he isn't hurt too bad but it looked like he pulled something as he kind of just dove in a desperate attempt it seemed.
