Well with the baboune he made when Galchenyuk scored yesterday GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.
- _nay_

I think you're really seeing it wrong. Have you seen his face the last time he scored a goal himself? It wasn't much different.

My guess is he was being way overplayed just as we've suggested he can't handle that ice time any more. He was just out of breath.

Are you saying that you wouldn't do it?

No. Yakupov wouldn't be a good fit with our small players. He would get push around and he would have no protection. And lets not even talk about the playoffs.

If I would trade Pax, it would be for a young player that has size + skills.

And Tampa was 1st in the east. They will drop fast in the standings.

It's like if Engels say this coming in his blog.

"I'm not sure I'm quite ready to eat my words on where I thought the Lightning would stack up in the Eastern Conference before the season got underway, but I can admit that the chance of them finishing last--from this point--is not a very safe bet."

He might end up being right after all.

1.) Coderre didn't say anything that Habs fans around the world haven't been thinking all season. If Therrien doesn't like it, he can always go back to the meritocracy he claims to love so much.

2.) Coderre tweeting Habs games is better than Rob Ford tweeking at Leafs games.

3.) Actually, it's not. I (frank)ing love that fat bastard.

You love him because a) you're a showman and b) your taxes don't fund his narcotics addiction

It's a matter of time before he gets accused of this.

Was reading the RDS comments section. I love how some people are suggesting that we trade Pax for Yakupov.

That's exactly what we need, another small forward.

- ShafterBenRaide

Yakupov is 6', that's one inch less than Galchenyuk.

That's funny, before the draft I remember people arguing that he was 5'11" not 5'10". Now he's 6'.

Maybe he will surpass Chara at this rate...

I don't actually love him. And it's only a matter of time before he's tied to ordering the murders of people involved with the scandal as part of the coverup.

That one inch makes all the world of difference.

5'11 = small forward, almost midget

6' = Big powerforward

I think it's the way a player plays. No one would call Boullion a midget. I don't think Gallagher or Gionta play small.

I also think being small at the wing is less of an issue than a small centre.

Galchenyuk plays big, and will be able to bring some power to his game with each year as he will gain body strength.

Yakupov plays small, but it's not that bad since he's a winger. No one should not want him on their team, but at the cost of one of the only power forward? Ouch...
