Excellent, because there was no issue with it at all.

So to be clear, this issue is simply coming from people here talking out their asses?

I just find it funny reading how Desharnais blows (after a win!) but somehow Pacioretty shouldn't be called out, even if he's only got 3 points so far.

Double standards much?

- Pecafan Fan

The difference for some fans is that Pacioretty is not taking Galchenyuk's center, and that he's also not a soft Frenchie.

Pacioretty actually brings more to the Habs than points, unlike DD.

But he definitely needs to start racking up points, Habs can't win every night with a line and 2/3 producing.

Can't wait for Emelin to be back. And I hope they put him back at his natural position. Maybe Emelin with Subban?
- ShafterBenRaide

I'd go with another forward until MB moves for a puck moving D.

Well if you can't produce offensively, you need to bring something else to help the team win. Desharnais taking lazy penalty doesn't help.

The fact that Therrien has not cut Pacioretty's time this year even if he sucks, probably mean he is playing with injuries IMO.

Not quite, though. By his own admission, Galchenyuk joked a little about the vets not liking it last night, hence the need for clarification today, and the media, being who they are, ran with it.

Good moving D are hard to get. And Bergevin already said he will built the team thru the draft.

I wouldn't be surprised that the only moves he makes is to call up Beaulieu.

I do agree with the pile of veteran garbage, to the exception of Markov. We can't afford to lose him IMHO.

I was looking at that yesterday. Every time he won the faceoff in the attacking zone, he failed to get in position to cycle behind the net, or even better, crash the net.

What's the point of winning a face off in the offensive zone if you can't even gain position.
He can do three things after winning a faceoff.
-Tie up the man to stop him from charging the D (he's too small)
- Get to the corner to get the puck after the D gets it back there (he's too small)
- Crash the net for a possible tip and most importantly create traffic (he's too small)

Got to hand it to Stamkos . Very few top scorers would come back so hard on the back check. Sending good vibes to SS and the bolts.

All depends of how much he wants and for how long.

If he asks for a 5-6 yrs contract, then sorry, but no deal.

The last player to celebrate and manage pissing off a player in his team, as I remember, was Subban's OT winner.

He did the bow and arrow at centre ice.

One player was pissed... It was GOMEZ.....

Yeah, must I say more about veterans not liking kids celebrating?

The issue is actually that Galchenyuk made a JOKE about the vets telling him not to do it and the shEEple ran with that
