I think it's the way a player plays. No one would call Boullion a midget. I don't think Gallagher or Gionta play small.

I also think being small at the wing is less of an issue than a small centre.

Galchenyuk plays big, and will be able to bring some power to his game with each year as he will gain body strength.

Yakupov plays small, but it's not that bad since he's a winger. No one should not want him on their team, but at the cost of one of the only power forward? Ouch...

Power Forward has never been about size. It's about how someone plays. Tons of huge forwards who are soft as poop. Tons of guys around 6 feet who play the power game.
