This team needs a very experience coach to help/teach these kids the to the next level. We unfortunately have issues developing players or feel complacent of how some players progress.
We all knew we needed 2 veteran D-men for this season, and if G could of been an upgrade over what we have.

The problem is Snow, good at drafting but trying to look like a genius in the league with his minor tinkering or waiver pick-ups to formulate a team.

To me, there's too many average players on this team, and I've stated before that there is only a few players I would keep, and the rest can be dealt....
Sad part is, most of our fans think our players are actually better then they are, but unfortunately their not.....

There were plenty of choices in a FA market, it was all based on $$$ which some players didn't deserve, but even the cheaper players who signed 1yr deals were probably never a consideration...

debatable. the past few offseaons, garth has offered difference making players like kovalchuk and erhoff more money than what they ended up signing for. the players just weren't interested in your team at the time.

Thank you, you answered my question, there were choices, whether players took it or not is debatable. Besides those 2 specific players you mentioned, thru the years there were others that Snow decided not to pursue. Plus he could of made trades also, not just players on their last yr contracts for a draft pick...

I especially loved the Boulton Tavares okposo line. Hopefully Capuano keeps that one together? Bouchard looked awesome on the first pp unit. Guy def deserves the pp time.
