Why pick Valentin Zykov in the 1st when you can have his teamate Jérémy Grégoire who's better than him in the 6th?

Grégoire is doing better now, but I'm pretty confident most NHL scouts would tell you Zykov has the better NHL potential.

Grégoire is scoring by sheer will. Zykov can do that too, but he's bigger, and a much more natural goal scorer. He's also more mobile than Jérémy.

Jérémy could be a good 3rd line Centre at best. Zykov could be a good 3rd liner if he stagnates.

This is coming from one of the biggest Grégoire fan, I've followed him since his BAAA days.
