But with Nash, Stepan, Kreider, Zucc, Richards, Cally, Hagelin, Pouliot and Brassard...Boyle kind of gets pushed to the 4th line. IMO, makes this team that much better.

Im looking forward to seeing Nash get back on the ice... however I dont want to see much line shuffling when he is back.

Kreider, Stepan, Zucc
Hagelin, Richards, Cally
Pouliot, Brassard, Nash

Are the lines Id like to see.

- aecliptic

we'd have 3 legitimate scoring lines with that roster. the top 2 lines have been scoring, and then if you throw nash out there with 2 skilled guys like brassard and pouliot, the offense will come. hell you could throw nash out there with pyatt and asham and his line would produce.

I think he kind of smiled & seemed giddy talking about the Isles struggling. Dave comes from an era when the Rangers got beat regularly in playoff series by the Islanders, winning Cups all the time, he was Mr Ranger, he still gets his kicks out of Islanders losing...makes 2 of us.

Keep Moore and Mashinter up here and send Miller down? Miller playing on the 4th line is almost pointless. Let him get time in thee AHL with Kristo, Fast and Lindberg.

I actually don't mind a Moore-Boyle-Dorsett 4th line. You can use Mashinter as the extra forward. And yea, it seems if Nash comes back soon, Miller really doesn't have a spot in the lineup

Looking at Hartford's stats. Miller and Kristo are the only forwards who are near a PPG pace.

Did I miss it or has there even been any word on Pyatt? And it sounds harsh, but not gonna lose sleep over him being out.

Thanks. Florida tomorrow coming off playing today, another loss. On paper we should have this one, no excuses.

Yep, I am confident they can take it to them. Time to get above .500. With how bad this division is, Rangers have a change to create some separation.

that's a great 4th line. dorsett has wheels and is actually a good hockey player. i have a feeling he's gonna score a few goals soon. boyle has been great all season and moore is just a solid hockey player.

If they can stay healthy, hopefully that is the 4th line going forward. This team might not need to make any trades

we rip on sather a lot, but he has put together a pretty solid lineup once it's all healthy. he saw the flaws last year like our depth and went out and fixed it this offseason, all while being very close to the cap, having to give raises to 2 key players on this team, and having the right instincts about richards rebounding.

nobody's even talking about richards and a buyout now when all summer long people were furious that the rangers didn't use it on him.

it was tough not to root for the islanders last year against pitt, but after their fans started acting relevant it got annoying real quick.

If the cap keeps going up, the Rangers might be able to keep Richards on board. Although I want to see how the rest of the season goes prior. Richards does only have 1 goal in his last 11 games.

and 4 assists in his last 5. make no mistake, the reason the powerplay actually looks good is because richards is controlling it and QBing it too. he's a totally different player and a huge reason we're so successful the past 8 games. imagine how rock bottom we would have been without him when all cally hags and nash were all out at the same time?

I root for everyone against the Femguins. I just love the isles sucking, still. Can't wait for duck to read this. I Dave Maloney#26
