Great news, I read an article where it said today Nash spoke and said his symptoms were headaches and the last 2 days he's been symptom free. - pcjr307

According to what was on SNY this morning, no, he isn't. I guess it's Mashinter in. |

same top 2 lines
boyle - brassard - pouliot
mashinter - miller - dorsett
probably gonna look similar to that |

When nash comes back who gets dropped to the 3rd line?
The step/zucc/kreider line is playing great and showing great chemistry and so is the richards/hags/cally line . . . Maybe reunite bras/pouliot/zucc? That's 3 solid lines with boyle/dorsett/miller/pyatt/d.moore competing on the 4th

Personally I would rather miller go down and get ice time than play on the 4th line |

I still believe yak will be a ranger, the puzzle just fits to good, that makes the line combinations even more difficult in a positive way |

The great thing is that the Rangers could potentially have three good scoring lines capable of contributing offensively. I would leave Zucc with Kreider and Step for now. Perhaps Nash could skate with Brassard and Miller. Or move Nash up to play with Hagelin and Richards with Callahan playing on a line with Brassard and either Pyatt or Miller. |

Truthfully I couldn't care less. At their best they all offer the same thing; a little toughness and zero scoring ability.
Haley is prone to taking bad penalties.
Asham just didn't seem as engaged as he needed to be when he was up here before. Not sure if he isn't quick enough to keep up with AV's system or what.
Powe might help on the PK but offers little else.
Whoever plays in that spot will be lucky to see six to eight minutes anyway. Just forecheck hard and if the need arises drop the mitts. |

I could see dropping cally to play with brass and pouliot . . . Cally is versitle enough to play anywhere and makes more sense than nash playing on the 3rd line |

Welcome new guy. Someone else talked about Cally starting on the 3rd line when he returned last week, only cause of the chemistry in the top 2 lines from the Carolina game. Nash will obviously see top minutes no matter what. |

The match penalty on Belov was awful, it was shoulder to shoulder and they were headed in opposite directions, what were the refs thinking was going to happen, they have no idea how to call these, if that was worth a 5 then Tyutin's was worth a five too |

Yakupov with 10 minutes of ice today, 1 minute of PP. No results. |

yak is brutal right now, but i think the management realizes it might just be a sophmore slump and they'll wait it out and make a decision as late as next season.
at this point, i wouldn't be surprised if yak is an oiler, a ranger, or a flyer. |

He's languishing on the 3rd line, and looks disinterested, the coach looks like a guy who's a little out of his element. |

Hard to dismiss 17/48 and over 100 points his last year in Jr. Don't know if Zherdev ever did that, but I get your point. |
