Very true but from the Lindros deal I think only forsberg and ricci
Stuck around for the cups... Ricci was actually quite good tho. Despite being possibly
The least attractive NHL player of all time. Yes, that includes brindamour. - BobbySchmautz
The old crypt keeper from Tales From the Crypt looked better than Mike Ricci. |

can't believe their fans were arguing that they would be a serious contender this year. At least we rip our organization for their mistakes, sometimes a little too much

If they're at the bottom come trade deadline, and we're in need of offense. Jagr reunion one more time? |

Don't worry LL will edit out the Kovalchuk time frame like Germans refuse to acknowledge the time in which they were the worst people on earth.

I still am hoping for Moulson, that guy knows how to score goals. |

I figured most wouldn't go for it, it will be tough for him to play at a high level in 82 games and playoffs. Only thought of it cause it would probably be cheap. |

I would like Moulson, he stands by the net for a lot of his goals. Probably a high price tag though. What do u think it would cost to acquire him at deadline? |

Buffalo probably wants another 1st round pick. That scares me off. But he likes living in the metropolitan area and he's money from the hash marks in. Plus he's a power play goal monster. He already has 5 this year. |

Very true he's great on the PP. I guess it will depend where we are in the standings, if they're doing well and Sather views him as a final piece type I could see him sending a 1st for him. If Paul Gaustad can command a 1st at the deadline I'm sure Moulson can. |

I feel comfortable that I don't think the Rangers first rounder will be in high lottery territory this year, so I would be willing to give that up in a trade for either Moulson or Ott, although it would take more than that to get either one of them I believe

I have to admit, I got pretty excited last night when the Oilers dealt Smid. But, it was just a salary cap trade in order to sign Bryz. I think if there was conversation regarding Yak, Slats made an offer. Where it is now is anyone's guess, I think Edmonton is scared sh--less if they trade him and two years from now he turns into an elite goal scorer, they will be the laughing stock of the NHL. |

That is more like a 'when' than an 'if'...however, the oil need some
Serious Changes so it could still make a lot of sense for them.
May be similar to seguin in Dallas...he could very well be a league
Leader in a few years but maybe boston wins a cup in the interim. |

a salary cap trade when you have 5 million in cap space and then sign bryz to a 1.75 million deal?
and why wouldn't you be excited, add yak to this team and we have the muscle to hang with the best of them offensively and probably have the best defense/goalie in the league to shut down other teams' stars |

Great news, I read an article where it said today Nash spoke and said his symptoms were headaches and the last 2 days he's been symptom free. |
