I told myself I wouldn't watcn tonight, but I ended up turning on for the 3rd period. Clearly a mistake on my part. Now I'm resigned to torturing myself the rest of the night.

I think Snider needs to realize he will never win another cup, while there is a breath in his body. He just needs to step down and give it to someone who can rebuild and give Hexy the GM spot. The time for spending big money on players is over... which is something they haven't learned since the pre-salary cap era.

Bringing in talented guys, that have huge holes in defensive coverage and consistent effort. The pendulum shall swing, but yet again, too far in the other direction.

Thats the issue with this team, too much one dimensional, and not enough complete players.

They just passed the puck cross ice to get away from ONE forechecker, and crossed it 3 times, only to flub the reception of one of the passes and see the Devils control it.

I really don't get it..
I do not get how a team can be this bad offensively.
People can talk about them needing a puck moving defense man until we are all blue in the face.
Almost every forward we have right now is a black hole.
It's like that Ottawa playoff series..only longer.
