me too.. but first i sautee mushrooms, red onion, and green and red bell peppers

i also add mozza to the eggs with the milk..

dump the egg into the veggies once they have been lightly fried

serve with a lil fresh basil and oregano ..mmmmmmmm

Not a fan of milk in my eggs.

my breakfast burrito:

fry some diced garlic and onion with smoked paprika, don't let the garlic burn, but make sure the onion is soft.

Throw in a diced tomato and peppers, keep mixing it till it the tomato is pretty much a paste, throw in your eggs and cheese.

Serve with guac, salsa, and a healthy serving of sriracha, all wrapped up in a warm tortilla.
