I came in saying Janssen doesn't belong in the game, showed that no team has ever trusted him with a full season worth of games, and brought up a quote from him, talking about how he goes out there with the intent to injure guys, so that they'll be too afraid to play against his team.

That's whats in his head, every shift, of every game, in his own words.

So yea, those are the facts. And a bunch of you took offense to that and tried to turn it into a Leafs' discussion.

And the Leafs players you're talking about are trusted by a cup winning coach to play regular shifts, on a team that's near the top of the league- That's pretty good evidence that they're better than the AHL fodder on a basement dwelling team.

Go to the first page, one of the first responses(repeated many times) has to do with the Leaf's success.

Got nothing against the Devils, not trolling. Just think a guy who can't play hockey, and who openly admits to trying to injure other players, and who has taken dirty runs at guys throughout his career, shouldn't be in the NHL.

And I'd rather see him go down before another skilled player.

Guy's 27, doesn't really play a brand of hockey that'll keep him in the league for a long time, so I'd prefer 5 years. But if we get him cheaper at 7 or 8, it's worth considering.

Absolutely nothing to do with anything, but I was thinking if Edmonton is actually shopping Yakupov around a bit, why doesn't Buffalo try to trade Miller + a 1st (they have sooo many) or something along those lines for him? Seems like could be a win-win, though I know Miller has a NTC (maybe NMC, I dunno) and he may not ok a trade to a last place team. Just a random thought I had.

Either SJ or ANA is where he is probably hoping to land. I didn't mean the kings but he wants to be as close to L.A as possible. Because his actress wife/gf live there.

Hey I am not saying he is a smart guy but that is where he wants to be I also think he is a better goalie then Neimi and Hiller/Fasth but the goalie prospects in ANA are to good to give up and why give up what they will want for a goalie that is only a little bit better then what they already have that goes for SJ to.
