So,Florida Goalie Jacob Markstrom is going to look like Hasek after the Game is over and the Oil record is going to be 3-11-2,and I do believe there will be a trade before the end of the week,I would have prefer the Oil just stay put since this season is already a bust and just try to trade players like Hemsky,Nick Shultz,Smid and some picks and wait till the off season but I think MacT is going to make a trade that many of us is not going to like it.

Would also love to have the Moreau/ Marchant/ Grier (Stoll) machinations from back then. That third line dominated.

There are apparently some pretty positive team analytics that were on the rise for them in 02/03 - add Peca and Pronger apres le lockout. Good stuff.

7 of 8 is certainly a dream. give me 4 and ill be ecstatic.

but yeah, it is crazy. it's no excuse as every team deals with injuries, but we needed alot to go right for us and some luck to try and get in the playoff hunt. and it's snowballed horribly the other way even before the season began. I just don't understand.
maybe it's a blessing in disguise and has shown how bad this team and our franchise is and where we're really at. instead of the eternal optimism.

Im in the make a move now camp. something needs to be done. show your players and fans that you're not gonna sit back and watch this team implode any further.
