None of these players are a key ingredient to a winning cause though. I mean, the team isn't winning, how can we not look at a major shake up right now? In the worse case scenario we continue to lose , what difference does it make?

Some I you people are far too attached to our star players. What would be so wrong with having one less young gun if it made us a BETTER, well rounded balanced team?
