Bah, that's crap...that guy looked like he just lost his girlfriend, his dog, his job and his apartment all in one afternoon. It was like someone lied and told him it was a playoff game. He was wayyy overboard.

I can't believe noone could cast Malholtra. He's not that fast.

I can't believe they lost that game. Once again they didn't come close to the 3 goal mark. Without that one 3 goal game they would've set the futility record for goal scoring at the beginning of the season. What is that 13 of 14 games scoring less than 3 goals?

Nope, I wouldn't. Especially if it meant giving up Coburn, arguably our best (and certainly fastest) dman this season.

Team needs a statement trade. Because they aren't listening to anyone in the organization.

I cannot believe that just happened. Carolina is decimated by injuries, and we played to see if we could win 1-0 vs a 3rd string backup. Our captain then blows a coverage in the last minute of play... they a defensive vet with basically no vision in 1 eye scores on a breakaway in OT.. wow.

I'd line up on the ice right fn now for a bag skate a la Herb Brooks. Heck if thy're gonna play like amateurs, might as well treat them like amateurs.

At the very least the C needs to come off Giroux's jersey, he just doesnt deserve to wear it.

Carolina had 18 takeaways. Philly had 4.

I won't carve them because we all just saw it. But they are easily one of, if not the worst, passing, skating and shooting teams in the league right now. They just...the skill/talent level...they tried hard tonight.

But if you can't pass well, skate well, shoot well, handle the puck well, receive passes well...then yeah. Scoring is gonna be an issue.

I just can't get past the fact that G was on the ice. Was he on for a face off? Wtf, he's one of the worst defensive forwards in the league. Help me hockey experts. I liked the Talbot trade, but if the coach doesn't like any of his other D centers then there's a problem.

they are certainly the worst first-touch team i've ever seen. other teams don't always make tape to tape passes but players make a nice touch on the puck and retain control and even make a play. when schenn missed that pass when he was all alone in front of the goal i almost threw my own unit through the tv

We're getting close to the 20 game mark here. It looks like a bottom 5 finish to me. I can't believe they are this terrible and not getting better. 14 games in and Giroux has zero goals...zero.
