People are forgetting that no player with a brain wants to come to Edmonton trust me mact has been trying to get players all summer and even this year but if players don't want to come here its as simple as that. Even if they made a trade I don't think it would change things this year, things are so bad that if Crosby came here for free we still wouldn't make the playoffs that's sad but the truth.

Best possible outcome Miller is traded to anahiem and they give us Hiller. Andrew Ference might be good with the community but he sucks with a C on his chest, didn't impress me on hnic didn't even seem like he cares whats going on with this team. This team is so depressing should have made Burke GM and MACT the coach things would be better, a lot of close games this team could easily be 6 6 3 or better.

I'd trade Eberle before Yak myself but you could be correct.

I'd look at deals with Philly and Buffalo

Eberle, Smid, and a prospect like Marincin could land you Foligno, Erhoff, and Ott

Eberle and Smid likely gets you Simmonds and Coburn

Thoughts on Schenn? For some toughness on the blue line. Never been a huge fan of him since he can't skate but he hits which is nice.

Edit: I shouldn't say likely gets you, I mean what I think is fair I guess.
