You are correct if you are trying to troll. So you are saying the only significant achievement is winning the Stanley cup? That's horse poop and you know it.

You are basically dismissing any personal achievement any hockey player has ever done. Leaf heroes included.

Come on Joel, you have better material than this.

- bloatedmosquito

at what point did discussing achievements by franchises become about personal player achievements?

yes.. if I was a Vancouver fan, I would completely agree that championships are irrelevant to.

also.. why the (frank) are you here? is that big blue and white leaf picture at the top confusing to you?

Agreed... because I will fly out to watch a game... but we are a ways away....
- jribout

To be truthful I would not be surprised to see the Leafs make the finals. I think it comes down to Leafs Bos or Pitt. Whatever team stays healthy should come out of there. I don't like Pitt's D or goalie and I think Leafs can battle with the Bruins. I think they have a 1 in 3 shot of coming out of the East.

you are painting the entire fan base as celebrating like we won the cup because of 8 canuck fans on this site.

Holy cow.

- bloatedmosquito

And the Leafs get crap about planing the parade and celebrating like they won the cup after one game?? And NO ONE does it.

Holy cow.

Vantelligence 101 - give yer head a shake! Leafs don't have a chance to win in the playoffs, they're terrible defensively, playoffs are a different ball game. My opinion.

Most of the East is like that. SJ will win anyways so does not matter who comes from the East.

Yes but the Sedin'splaying 25 minutes a game every 2nd night for two months because you have no lines 2-4 is a certain recipe for success... My opinion

Same goes for the Nucks, come playoff time, as it stands, the Nucks won't be able to compete with LA St Louis or San Jose when they dial it up.

Difference between Leaf and Canuck Fans when googling for support of their teams.....

Canucks fans google " Longest current streak without a Stanley Cup"

Leaf fan google "Longest streak without ever winning a Stanely Cup"

Both do not realize no one else really cares.....

Unless we get a Christmas trade it doesn't matter. We'd have to give up way too much youth that is in short supply in order to acquire enough to make a difference. Would also need useless cap going the other way.
