1 million dollars is hardly cap space... for the record I wanted to keep Coleman unfortunately he did not earn it
- jribout

But here is a chance, for a guy like Mckegg to prove himself if deemed a worthy player within the NHL. I love mckegg and how he plays, arguably one of my favorite prospects within the leafs system. This would be a big chance for him due to all the injuries

I hope he gets the chance... might as well see where he's at in his development...

I know JVR fell asleep on the 1 play when Franson pinches and gets his stick lifted from behind. JVR is way back coming off the bench and just blows into the zone, misses everything and the Nucks took it down on an odd man rush and scored
- Garnie

yeah that's the one I remember.

Basically if we sign an older player its the same poop. He would be a stop gap for the time being due to many players injured. Mckegg on the other hand like you said, we can see where he is at in his development

I don't mind losing and we were outplayed, but that's an easy read that he just ignores

Be nice if we spank Jersey 5 or 6 zip and then ride Bernier into the sunset

Maybe, makes it tough for him along the boards. He won't be moving up to forward i wouldn't think - he will be fine back on D - Ranger is starting to come along, couple slow moments ( mentally ) last night but nobody was good last night - NOBODY

He is mad bro, has to tell the world
- Mapleleafs_91

No, I mean he was upset by my post. He basically told me to F off because there were Leafs fans trolling the -------------------- boards.

I don't recall saying it was OK for Leafs fans to troll other boards either.

I wonder if Bozak threatened him to lighten up his play around Phillyboy.

All of this is Bozak's fault... he willed all this to happen so he wouldn't be expendable...

Yeah now would be a good time to have Colborne on hand.

But I guess the Leaf mantra that if he isn't good within his first 10 NHL games then he's not worth looking at lives on.

If we're gonna see Nazem reach his ceiling then now'd be a good time. May as well throw a younger player from the Marlies on the 3rd and 4th lines.

We would have lost him to waivers if we didn't trade.

More spectacular than anything we've got right now...

And Joe's still only played 28 games in the NHL.
