Same here thanks, ready for RR to get the axe. I don't mind RR but I just don't think he's the man for this NHL job let alone any other one. If we can't get Darcy out we gotta get RR out. Cunney would be a good fit I think. - sabresfandan
I said this before, but the Sabres, when it comes to Darcy Regier, are the ultimate sign of dysfunction: a man who put out a terrible product saved his job by making it worse. |

Agreed. RR is no NHL coach, better in Rochester in my view. He's in over his head. - mhp
He wasn't ready. Rushed way to soon.
My guess is that they called a few guys about the coaching position and were told no. |

I think he is still based in Rochester. I thought I heard on the radio last night that he has been personally assigned to Kaleta to help him out, perhaps I heard that wrong.
I know you have said in the past you didn't want to hire people with connections to Buffalo but I think Cunneyworth is a terrific person to have in an organization. He is good. Great person, knows his stuff. - Ryan_Wilson
Hopefully he can help the team. I remember he got a huge amount of flack in MTL for benching Subban. Seems like a no nonsense guy who looks for professional play from his guys. Wasn't there some fight between him and the MTL press over his inability to speak french or something. Quebec is weird.... |

Kaleta has Kaleta to blame for this.
Nothing more, nothing less. - dadeadhead
Kaleta is the definition of a 4th line player. It's not the first time a player of his elk has been waived, and it won't be the last.
But hes no monster. The kid is not taking the game to any depths that it hasn't sunk to long before he strapped on skates. Not by a long shot.
This is the NHL... Marty McSorley hit a guy over the head with a stick, the Bruins climbed into the stands and fought the audience (even Rob Ray beat up a fan). We've seen Domi & Bertuzzi toss blindsided sucker punches...
Man's game.
If you don't like Kaleta, that's fine. But just because he can't score doesn't mean he doesn't have a place in this league.
In my book, he's not half of the circus act that Sean Avery was. He's just a kid who is compensating with intensity for what he lacks in skill. |

Why is it though, when the Bills suck, we blame the coaches, gm's, presidents, but ultimately blame Ralph.
When the Sabres suck, we blame Darcy, but Terry is Sacred. This is his fault Darcy is employed. No where else in sports could such insanity be allowed to happen. |

Guys like that are a dime a dozen, and most of them don't have the target on their back from the league, because they didn't do anything to deserve it, unlike Kaleta. He only has himself to blame. Effort without talent is meaningless. You don't win championships that way.

Ralph's been at it for a lot longer. The problem with Ralph isn't that he just hires incompetent people, he's also ran winners out of town on multiple occasions (Lou Saban, Bill Polian, etc.). Pegula has not, at least not yet, anyway. I believe eventually Terry will figure this thing out. |

Really dont see the Bills sniffing a W today unless somehow we can part the seas for Fred and CJ and rack up 300 rushing yards.
I suspect a hard hard crash down to earth for the Chiefs once they play a starting QB in this league...unreal chain of backups they have been blessed to face. |

If we really were thick skinned, we wouldn't be complaining about it. I, for one, want the media to pile on this organization. The only way for significant change to happen is for this organization to be utterly embarrassed. I don't mean just on the ice either. Basically, it has to get so bad that Terry Pegula has to make changes just to save face in front of his peers. |

I hope so. But he's shown no signs. Its like having wildly rich relatives than only do retarded things with their wealth and wont listen to you or at least share a dime. |

Up until now, it seemed that the Bills only intended to keep Jeff Tuel here for the jokes. I guess that's not correct. |

Eventually fan backlash will get so bad, that even Ted Black will go to Pegula and say, we have to make a change simply to avoid a PR disaster. The only question is what their threshold of "disaster" really is. |

To be honest, I have yet to see much of a drop off between Manuel and Lewis. I think Manuel will end up being the better quarterback, but he isn't there yet. |

I don't dislike Kaleta. He was waived because he can't control himself while on the ice. He has no one but himself to blame. The message has been sent. Let's see if it gets received.

I honestly believe the bills should 7-1 and no less. Its a shame they have lost 3 qb's, have 3 hobbling rb's and a club handed starting Cb. |
