Im confused here.. whos the pimp and whose the prostitute? You've been borderline trolling for a while now. Your cocky arrogance is very detectable but you lace it with the odd hockey comment.

Guilty as charged.

I wish I was able to read my poetry from your perspective. You're very fortunate.

The Refs forced the Leafs to play Vancouver's game, and not their own physical one.

I think it would be interesting to look up penalties called against east teams vs west teams when they play each other in the west.

Agreed. You guys outworked some of our guys in the D-zone. That sort of attention to detail was lacking in this game for the Leafs but I felt that the refs killed any sort of momentum the Leafs gained each time by discouraging physical play and calling penalties on just about everything.

I'll give you a hint, you have to beat relevant western teams if you want to go anywhere I love it, when you lose we don't matter, before the game you guys sure talked some crap...but now? We don't matter. I heard this in the playground when I was in elementary school.
- rune_74

And your calling Vancouver a relevant team from the west?

West teams are better, obviously they'll have more power plays. When you outshoot a team 47-21, you will have more power plays 100% of the time.

how many irrelevant games against irrelevant western teams did the Canucks win on their way to those extremely relevant president's trophies, you know how many wins against Calgary and Edmonton? Colorado? ....

and honestly- how much quality officiating do the Canucks experience? seriously that was absolutely atrocious last night from the get go.

no wonder the fans got so worked up in the final with Boston....

If you hit a guy from behind near the boards, it's going to get called, regardless of whether the player goes down 'easy' or not. You guys got outworked, outplayed and completely dominated in your own zone and you got frustrated and the refs called you on it to keep the game from turning into another Philly/Washington line brawl. It was unfortunate that Bolland got hurt, but no way was Kassian going to apologize for a clean hit, and to put your Matt Cooke analogy into perspective he was already a marked man for the hits he put on Savard, among others and probably expected the NHL to call him on the carpet for Karlsson getting injured and wanted to look good before a review hearing.
- DariusKnight

kASSian should have apologized for cutting Bolland's tendon...accidental or not...and the fact he tried to cut down the reporter's question so quickly when they asked him about it...well that says volumes about his character...or lack thereof

Omg. The refs are so biased against the canucks it isn't funny. We never get the calls, based on reputation... They are changing that with Torts.

What i was getting at was maybe the refs in the west call a tighter game and the refs in the east lets things get physical. I know for a fact most of the best players in the League are in the east so you'd think that would translate to better teams.

I couldnt imagine Canuck fans being any dumber, but this is gold.

Other way around.

yes - yes they are.

particularly their necks.... must have worked off-season to strengthen the neck to absorb allowing themselves being "slammed" into the boards from behind.

I'm guessing Edler didn't get the work-out memo however, he tried to stop and prevent himself from going into the boards.

exactly. I think Kassian has an expiry date in this league. He has no class, and if the NHL cared about it's image they would get rid of him based on how ugly his mug is.

it was awesome when Hughson commented during the second period how the "officials were letting them play"....
