We're all talking about acquiring Courtier after a season and a half of NHL, JVR was traded like three years after being 1st overall. Half that team could be traded now.

Stastny is 6.6 Million coming up a free agent. Who are you going to move for that?

Lecavalier is a better player at 4.5 for a few years. Hell, that's almost all of Liles' salary which at this point, must be better than Luke the fluke Schenn who is a healthy scratch these days.

Thats why i said canucks should play their prospects. They have nothing to lose, they already attempted with the so called vets and offense has struggled majority of times. Needs a bit of a new scenery if you want to make something of it. Gotta have some young guys in there, the canucks wont go far with the same team. Nothing was reallly changed

You also said Bolland and Bozak were better than any 2nd line center we had, and then I mentioned Kesler. Your reply was that he wasn't currently playing center, so I said neither are Bolland or Bozak.....

Maybe. You guys better hope you resign Phaneuf. Garrisson, Hanhuis, Edler, Bieksa is a nice top 4 but no true #1 although Torts is going to try and turn Edler into that guy.

Not gonna lie, Verhague is looking more and more like a huge steal in the last draft. Kid is unreal, so slick, such a smooth skater and you never notice him making mistakes in his own end. So invisible defensively, love that in a center. To me that is Gilmour if he ever pans out. Kadri is like Mogilny.
