Has there been any word on him ? I mean at first they said he just had a head ache and nothing serious and that Clowe felt fine to play they where just taking precautionary measures. But now the have gone quiet and I haven't heard a thing about his status. He was eligible to come off IR Tuesdays game.

Believe he has been working out off ice but hasn't skated yet. Really weird how they won't even talk about him. Think last time Lou was asked he gave the predictable "status quo" response...

I hope he retires and we use our final compliance buy-out on Zajac. Lots of cap space freed up, and no real loss to the lineup.

Hey, I'd love for Clowe to retire, but Zajac is an excellent two way center if his offense isn't on. We were ready to pay Holik more than that to play third line center... nothing wrong with paying Zajac to be one of the league's best shutdown centers either.

Assuming he was one of the league's best shutdown centers. I like Travis, but his salary is not justified by his contributions in my mind.

Possible I just look at Marleau in the same way as Elias. Loves where he is and it'll take a lot to have him leave but then again never ever thought Alfie would leave the sens.

I don't know if he loves it but you could be right I always seen him as the guy being blamed for all their failures when he has been more then good even in the play offs he is not the reason they have never got it done. He is a quiet guy though so He might like it there and not want to leave. I imagine its a nice place to live.

Carter has some more fighting skill than we are giving credit . Maybe he surprises? I could see him doing good but could also seeing him get his face busted.
