Waive stafford and tallinder, call up mcnabb and adam - REGIERhater
I think we'll be able to move both of them for draft picks at the deadline...
It's not like Larsson or Girgensons has been tearing it up for us. Would it be the worst thing of we sent one (or both) down to play 20min a night till we can clear some of this vet dead weight outta here?
Why not send down McCormick or Scott?
Kaleta is actually a useful player. I'm sure his PK ability has been brought up numerous times already |

It took almost 3 months for me to even get in on convos and be replied to, an I am a generally non-aggresive poster. |

That is true, went to the Wranglers game last night they were playing FT Wayne Comets, Andrei Makarov was in goal. |

Your right, when someone has the audacity to say that kaleta should be gone, when you have players making 4 times what he does that have no heart, can't score, are pussies and are the epitome what is wrong with this organization. When we are on track to be one of the worse teams in the history of hockey, I am throwing my weight around, lol. Darcy thought we had a Stanley cup contender as recently as last year, someone had to wake him up out of his coma, maybe I can do the same for some of you - REGIERhater
They have a name for you and I now. I've seen it in a couple articles recently (Fox.CA, Yahoo). We're called "hockey traditionalists". Yep, hard-work, leave it all on the ice, cross the line a few times, run though walls, whatever it takes for my team, etc. has gone the way of the dinosaur! No need for players that put in a full 60 anymore, the fans want over-paid softies love-tapping themselves.
This hockey. This is the NHL. Every team needs a guy who's a little bit crazy, that has little regard for suspensions, his safety, and especially yours!
Nope nope, we have it all wrong . We should be just like that team that watched its goalie get smeared and did nothing, we should be cowering in the corner. |

Remember, turn your clock back an hour tonight. If you're the Philadelphia Flyers, just leave your clock set to 1973 where it's always been.

I'll take Stafford and Leino, both players can score Kaleta can't, Kaleta get this team in trouble constantly with his stupid plays and then after turtleing he gets hurt. - SABRES 89
They have the ability to score,
But it's been a while since we've seen anything from Staff... And Leino can't stay healthy long enough to score...
Is Kaleta a great loss?
No
But he was at least useful on th PK
I think you'll have a hard time convincing anyone that Staff or Leino is useful at all |

Cody McCormick is a great 4 th line player.in the AHL. We have so many useless hockey players, tough to get rid of them all

Great post,we are sabre fans so we shouldn't criticize our horrible and ridiculous minor league operation. There responses,if you don't like it,don't watch them. That is laughable. I hope Darcy is here for another 16 losing years, becaus ewe have great young players lol |

Ppl want it both ways...
Main reason I like Kaleta is bc he can goon it up, but also actually skate & be useful on the PK...
Can't say the same for Scott or McCormick
I think it's also why a lot of ppl are so high on Larssons, Tropp, Girgensons, Zadorov, McNabb and some others...
Becoming more skilled AND tougher to play against
That's the goal IMO |
