IMO the Sabres organization would love to see Kaleta clear waivers so the can resign and send him down to Rochester.I think he can change his game and he deserves a chance after all the punishment hes both given and received trying to make this team better.Hes not a bad player or person but the NHL powers to be have decided this will be a kinder gentler nhl where we all play nice and hold hands.

I am not here to say Patrick Gretzky kaleta is the answer. But how do you waive a guy who plays very shift with heart and hustle,which 90% of the team doesn't. Rolston says we have no passion and you waive one of your only player that has it. Keep playing stafford,Leino and Ennis. At least porter is gone,can't wait to see the awesome Cody mccormick

Yep, look at the Bruins. Beat us down and beat us with skill. Scott was the easiest way to solving the first part. They have a completely different demeanor since Scott pounded Thorton. Not to mention he'll run one of your stars. Shoe's on the foot now B's, YOU leave the game injured

PK has done more for the team than the ones that are supposed to be doing things for the team. Just different roles.

Because the emphasis on "heart and soul" instead of talent and greatness is one of the biggest reasons this team has zero championships.

I understand that he's a role player, but the bottom line is for at least 3 years now, he's had a target on his back. He's become a liability that has outweighed any positives he may have brought.

He is a perfect fourth line player. PK specialist. and can add more grit than we currently have. A few questionable calls( the last one) and topped off with having a target on his back and front, makes him more a liability on the team than not. Hope he can get back in the line up.

Thanks . Problem I have is everyone jumping on the guys that are not the so called go to guys on the team, the guys that at one point earned the money . Rookies making less than the stars pay in taxes are keeping the team from being embarrassed (cept Miller). Did they forget how to play over the summer living it up and dealing with the stress on how to spend their money ?

There is a reason he has a target on his back though. Most of it warranted. He does the team no good if he is suspended. I think this is the organization realizing this. PK needs a wake up call. Hopefully he gets it. He can be a useful player he just needs to stay clean for a while

He was labeled as a teacher and developer. There were no details on the details of his curriculum. (system) Don't think the team got it either.

A teacher will teach the fundamentals of the game, a coach will show them how to use it in a actual game.
