I'm an older guy - I'm talking about many years of history here. Leafs had some very good picks during the 70's and 80's and still couldn't win crap because of mismanagement. |

That, combined with AV having sh!t for brains and the goalie saga have all played a part in what's been holding them back. Now that AV is sucking somewhere else, Luongo is the true #1 and the Sedins have new contracts, there will be no stopping this team. Torts will win the Jack Adams, Luongo the Vezina, Sedins the Art Ross, Hart and every other major award. The only question remaining is, when will this team lose a game? 2017? 2018 maybe? At this point there's really no telling. |
